“I was the person that called you yesterday about my experience with your company:  I am compelled to send this note to both the GlassWerks owners and all the employees there.  I wanted to share with you, and anyone who might read this, why GlassWerks has one of the best models of customer service that I have ever encountered.”

We had a ROCK mishap this last weekend with our van that left our windshield with a huge crack.  I called my agent and they directed me to call your company and said, “These guys will take care of you”.  That was an understatement!!!!  When I first called I was greeted with a friendly hello, and a person who walked me through the process of scheduling an appointment and getting the information into my insurance company.  I expected that I would have to do the leg work with my insurance company, but I was pleasantly surprised when she said “No, I can take care of that for you, and we will send someone our to your house to fix the glass.  Wow..that was easy.  Well it didn’t stop there.  Not only did you schedule the time to do the work, but when I at 6:00 a.m. and left a message that we could do it earlier than what was scheduled, I was amazed to get a return call at 7:00 a.m. to let me know that wouldn’t be a problem.  I was told that the techs would be in by 8 and I would get a call by 9 to schedule it.  At 9 sharp I got a call from the tech, and he said that he would be out between 10 and noon.  At 11 there was a knock on the door, and I greeted the tech who was happy, upbeat and told me not to worry about a thing and that he would be done in about an hour.  In one hour another knock on the door and he was finished.  He explained to me what not to do and for how long, and then got my signature and was off.  To this day, I have NEVER been treated better by any company or vendor that I have done business with.  All the way through your organization I was treated with respect, kindness and felt that I was important.  I felt like a KING.

I own a small business with 25 employees, and I can only hope that my staff has the same type of ownership and commitment as your staff does.  I will recommend you to anyone that needs your services.  Great job, and you should all be very proud of the quality of work you team does.”
